we absorbed the price increase when postage went up.. But copy prices recently jumped a whopping 40% ( office depot personel say it was a corporate decision do to rising electrical cost here in So. Calif )
Manuals will now cost $28 each, USA
this INCLUDES the postage for priority mail delivery in the USA ! foreign postage will be $6 extra.. Foreign total = $34
I just mailed a manual to Geneva Switzerland the postage was $12.15
Book rate postage will not be used any more... Manuals are too slow arriving or are not delivered.. therefore PRIORITY mail with confirmation is the only thing we will use here in the U.S.A. from now on ..
and no we don't have a garage full manuals already made up.. these are done one or two at a time as ordered..
inefficiant ?.. yes.. but we lack storage space to store large quanities , of say 100 copies of each manual.. and the price per manual to copy is the same for 1 or 9 the price break on copying 50 isn't worth the inconvience of having 49 copies of the Express setting here and none for the Spree , Senior , Gyro or something else... we just wanted to let you know why things are what they are..
we do this to help you out , we want to keep Express's and other mopeds on the road..
we just need to meet the exspence's involved..

I'm sorry for the inconvinence but to order a manual you need to pay by Money Order We no longer do buisness with PayPal, they got big because of sites like this ( and e-bay ) and now they are TOO greedy..
Manuals are $28 each except the Elite manual which is $36 ..priorty US postage paid... Foreign cost is $34 each Air Mail except the Elite manual which is $44.. postage paid
